Returns & Exchange Policy
Order cancellation before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
- The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e., to cancel the sales transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer must send a cancellation request to iridaskincare.com via email at [email protected]. Iridaskincare.com will accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the customer’s credit card only if the purchased product(s) have not yet been handed over to the courier company (Acs, Geniki Taxydromiki) for delivery to the Customer. If the products have already been handed over to the courier, the cancellation will be treated as a return under the conditions below.
Product exchange after delivery
- If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have the right to request an exchange for another product. In this case, the Customer must email iridaskincare.com at [email protected] requesting the product exchange (see shipping fees in section 9).
- If the new product is more expensive than the returned product, the Customer will be notified via email to proceed with a new payment process (to cover the price difference). The email will contain a link to the payment page of the Website where the Customer will enter the necessary payment details according to the terms below. If the new product is of lower value than the returned product, iridaskincare.com will issue a voucher for the difference.
Deadline for product exchange
- Each request for a product exchange must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period are accepted only in the case of defective products according to Greek law and the applicable provisions on sales contracts.
Conditions and requirements for a valid product exchange
- The exchange must concern the entire product. The right to exchange applies to the whole product and cannot be exercised for a part of it (e.g., accessories).
7. Condition of returned products
Product exchanges will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used; in such cases, the product will be returned to the Customer at their own expense. Products must be returned to iridaskincare.com (for exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and all tags must remain attached to the product.
8. Exclusions
Shipping cost for product exchanges
- Shipping fees for returning products for exchange within Greece are borne by the Customer (see exceptions in section 10). Specifically, the return is charged €5. In the case of a refusal to accept delivery of items shipped via a courier company, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping fees. These fees apply only if the exchange shipment is carried out via the same courier service that delivered the product. If the Customer uses a different courier, the cost is solely their responsibility. Exchanges shipped with a different courier at the expense of iridaskincare.com will not be accepted. The Customer must email iridaskincare.com at [email protected] to request the exchange.
For exchanges outside Greece, the Customer can choose any shipping method they prefer, and all costs are at their own expense. Exchanges at the expense of iridaskincare.com will not be accepted (see exceptions in section 10).
- If the exchange (within or outside Greece) is requested due to an error by iridaskincare.com or a defective product, then the replacement is carried out at the expense of iridaskincare.com, provided it is proven that the error lies with iridaskincare.com or the product is indeed defective.
- For each returned or exchanged product, the Customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Requirements for product exchange
- Once iridaskincare.com receives the returned products, they will be inspected to ensure that all the above conditions regarding their status are met. If approved, the replacement products will be shipped.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, iridaskincare.com has the right to (a) consider the right to exchange invalid and not accept the exchange, or (b) (especially if the product is not returned in intact condition or has been used/worn) accept the exchange and demand compensation from the Customer for the reduced value of the returned product.
Refund
- Once iridaskincare.com receives the exchange request and verifies that the above conditions are met, the relevant amount will be refunded to the Customer’s credit card. Processing the request and issuing the refund typically takes up to 7 business days from the date the returned product is received. The Customer will be notified once the request has been processed. In the case described in section 13(b), iridaskincare.com is entitled to claim compensation for defects in the returned product and to offset the compensation amount against the refund.
In summary, a product exchange is possible under the following conditions:
- The exchange is requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product has not been used.
- The product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., sales receipt, delivery note, invoice, etc.).
- A refund is only issued if the product is received as defective and it is proven that the fault lies with Irida Skincare.
Return Instructions
- Contact us via email at [email protected], stating your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange.
- Within one business day of your email or phone call, we will contact you with instructions on the nearest Courier location (Acs, Geniki Taxydromiki) and how to send your package.
- Deliver the return package to the Courier (Acs, Geniki Taxydromiki). The return address you should provide is:
