GENERAL

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all the terms listed here apply to all products and to all buyers–customers, and any transaction involving purchases from the iridaskincare.com online store is subject to the terms stated below, which are clearly listed on our website.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

Our company is fully compliant with the GDPR framework, and the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), as well as Greek law 3471/2006 and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

MODIFICATION OF CONTENT

Irida Skincare reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the content of the iridaskincare.com website. The responsibility for checking the information provided for each product and its suitability lies solely with the customer using the Website (hereinafter: the Customer). In case of incompatibility between ordered products and other products the Customer may wish to combine them with, Irida Skincare bears no responsibility.

CUSTOMER STATEMENTS

The Customer declares that all information provided during the use of the Website is accurate for the order to be fulfilled by iridaskincare.com and agrees not to use their account maliciously. In the event of such misuse, the Customer agrees to cover any damages caused to Irida Skincare or its partner companies due to unauthorized use of the Website and the Customer’s account.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Irida Skincare bears no liability for direct or indirect, positive or consequential damages that may result from the inability to use the Website, as well as from errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in its operation or in the transmission of information via the internet.

INCORRECT PRODUCT PRICING

The company is not responsible for any technical, typographical, or spelling errors in the prices or product descriptions. In the event of a product displaying an unusually low price without any clear justification, please contact us before ordering. Use of the Website is at the exclusive responsibility of the visitor–customer. We are not liable for any malicious interference by third parties. Visitors agree not to harm third parties through malicious use of the Website or violate their personal data.

OFFER AND AGREEMENT

All products are defined in terms of weight, color, accessories, and technical specifications by the respective Manufacturer. Product photos are indicative and the final product color may vary. Orders are taken by the Sales Department of Irida Skincare, which handles product dispatch. The buyer is responsible for being informed about the technical characteristics of the products ordered. Any information we provide is non-binding. Orders are shipped the same day if the product is available, and delivery depends on distance, weekends, or holidays. The consumer has the right to withdraw within fifteen (15) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, returning the item in its original condition and packaging at no cost other than return shipping. If the order is not fulfilled as agreed, the customer has the right to cancel. If a product is no longer available and cannot be delivered within a reasonable time, the Sales Department will notify the customer and cancel the order or suggest an alternative. All prices are clearly stated next to each product and include VAT.

SHIPPING / TRANSPORT

Goods are shipped at the customer’s responsibility. Irida Skincare is not liable for delays caused by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather, etc.).

RISKS

Once the goods are checked and received by the buyer, the store is released from any further liability.

OWNERSHIP / TITLE RIGHTS

Until the goods are fully paid for, they remain the property of Irida Skincare.
Irida Skincare is committed to ensuring that all personal information submitted (full name, address, phone numbers, email address, etc.) is recorded (with access rights) only by authorized personnel and strictly only when necessary—for example, for order processing. This data is not subject to management, disclosure to third parties, or use for other purposes (e.g., advertising). Exceptions apply only in cases of orders by judicial, prosecutorial, or other public authorities.
Payments made by credit or debit card are completely secure, as you enter your details and security codes via Piraeus Bank, which is a pioneer in adopting new security standards for card transactions. It protects all parties involved and minimizes the possibility of malicious actions or data breaches by using advanced fraud detection and prevention systems.
This way, you can be certain that your card details are never submitted to us but directly to the Bank, and therefore cannot be intercepted under any circumstances.
Note: For your own safety, we recommend that when you access the bank’s page or initiate a credit/debit card transaction, you ensure that the connection in your browser begins with https:// and not http://.
Any transaction using cards implies prior full understanding of the system’s terms of use and operation. For more information regarding the security of your transactions or if you have any concerns, please contact us before completing your payment by sending your questions via email (you may also contact your bank’s customer service department).
Payment is possible via credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

IMPORTANT: There is no additional fee for using credit or debit cards. If you submit your card details via a computer (remotely) rather than in person at our store, the Bank may introduce a processing delay before approving the transaction, which could delay the shipment of your order accordingly. During this period, even though the funds may be held from your account, they are not held by us or for our benefit, but by the Bank itself (until the transaction is completed or canceled).

RESERVATIONS

Irida Skincare cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused by products it distributes and sells, which are covered by European safety regulations. Each manufacturer is responsible for including instructions regarding the proper use and precautions of their products.

LEGAL RIGHTS

For any transaction carried out with Irida Skincare, Greek Law applies, and it is agreed that the competent authorities for resolving any disputes are the Courts of Thessaloniki.

WARRANTIES

Product photos are indicative, and the final product color may vary. Returns or replacements (e.g., due to color) are accepted only after prior agreement and only if the product has not been opened or used.
The cost of shipping for any returned products is the responsibility of the buyer.
Irida Skincare reserves the right to refuse product returns if it deems that there are specific reasons to do so.

CLARIFICATIONS

By confirming each order electronically, it is understood that all terms are fully understood and unconditionally accepted. Any question, clarification, or lack of understanding regarding the shipping, payment, or warranty terms listed herein must be resolved by the buyer, who should request additional details in writing. In the event of any disagreement, the recipient is required to notify Irida Skincare in writing within 48 hours of receiving the goods—either by registered mail or electronically, requesting proof of receipt. In such cases, the customer is obligated to immediately return all goods in their original condition, and Irida Skincare explicitly reserves the right to withdraw from the sale without liability. In any case, Irida Skincare is committed to doing its best to ensure a reliable and satisfactory purchase in every respect.
