Shipping Costs
• Shipping cost for orders under €60 within Greece via ACS is €3.50, while for orders over €60, shipping is FREE.
• Shipping cost for orders under €60 within Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki is €3, while for orders over €60, shipping is FREE.
• Shipping cost for orders to Cyprus is €10. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for international or Cyprus deliveries.
• Cash on delivery fee is €1.50.

Preparation & Shipping Time of Products

The time required for the initiation of product shipping is set between 1 to 24 hours from the time the order is placed (excluding Sundays). The typical delivery time is 1 – 3 working days from the shipping date. For remote or hard-to-access areas, an additional 1–2 days may be needed. For deliveries delayed due to external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather conditions, etc.), our store bears no responsibility.

Available shipping methods are:
• Shipping via Courier (Acs, Geniki Taxydromiki) with charges as described above for all items.
In cases of special circumstances or force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.), Irida Skincare bears no responsibility for delays in product delivery. For international shipping, the cost is determined by the courier companies themselves and is displayed in detail before completing your order.

Order Processing

Order processing, product collection, and shipping take place daily (Monday to Saturday) during working hours. Deliveries are not carried out on public holidays or days when our warehouse is closed due to annual inventory.

Delivery Time Estimates & Availability

Please note that before completing your order, each product displays an availability status. The listed delivery time is indicative and not binding. Final availability confirmation takes place during order processing and product collection at the distribution center, where shipping is scheduled for the items confirmed as available. If a product is not available, Irida Skincare reserves the right not to accept the specific order and to cancel the sale. In this case, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be fully refunded. Order processing takes place on working days during business hours.

Notification in Case of Unavailable Products

For orders that include items not immediately available and require special ordering, we will contact you to inform you about the estimated delivery time. Notification is usually made within two working days from the date of order using the contact information you provided.
